This week was a good week, we had transfers. So I've got a new companion, Elder Lopez. This will be his second transfer. I'll really be able to practice my tagalog cause he's straight tagalog haha. He's way fun. We also have 2 new elders in the area. Elder Schwartz, my batchmate, and Elder Albalate. He's a new elder from Bicol. He's way cool too. This will be my second time I've had a batchmate in the house it's been way fun. So yeah. I'm excited for this transfer.
We are really catching President's vision and striving to find. We are focusing on our unordained members which consists of many. haha. There are about 638 members. 199 of them are inactive unordained members. So we are searching for them as well. In most of these situations there are less active familes, part member families, and unbaptized children. This way we are now killing two birds with one stone. The backup plan is the ordained members that are less active and that's great too. There are only like 150 here, but many inactive. The whole point of this is to clean out the computer systems here. Organizing names so they are easier to find and then keeping record current.
The ward is good. It has been completely reorganized so when its all finished the work will really go forward. I'm way excited for this. I'm loving my mission so much, it really is a gift, not just a privilege. To bear the name of Jesus Christ over my heart. It is a blessing, and one of the greatest anyone could receive. I hope we all will continue on in service to him. Christ was the perfect example of a humble servant. He served with perfect charity to the people, showing a love for all as children of God. I pray that we may be like Jesus in all we do!!! I love you all! Take care always.
