Adventures in Bacolod: Week 14... "Have I mentioned how much I love it here?"

Hey everyone!

Sorry about last week it was way short but this week will be better. So we got our tracting taken away so that we could work with members which I actually like quite a bit more there's a struggle in the pines with that stuff. The weeks have just flown by. Next week is transfer week and I'm most likely getting a new companion and maybe new area so yeah. But its gone by way fast.

I'm working out a bunch day and night it's way good it helps give me energy throughout the day and I feel great. Plus I'm losing weight haha. My pants are getting big you will see from the pictures I had my shirts tailored. I bought some weights today haha so thats going good.

We have had a good week this week just doing our best to preach the word and also for me speak the words of ilongo. I can pretty much say anything I need to I just don't understand what people say to me haha. I can teach almost anything so yeah. My trainer says I'm as good as a 3 month elder. but I know it's not all me the Lord has definitely blessed me with the gift of languages. I couldn't do it with out him.

My companion and I get along great he's way cool. I'll miss him if he's transferred away. Have I mentioned how much I love it here? Well I do. It's way hot summer right now but it's gonna cool a bit in a month or so. So I'm stoked for that. We have a family home evening tonight with an investigator so I'm excited for that the people in Paglaum are awesome I love them. Our ward is way cool. so yeah.

I'm glad to hear Elder Hedin got his call to Mexico and Elder Taufui is about to go to the mtc! I'm so excited for them! This is the Lord's work and no unhallowed hand can stop it from progressing, to borrow the words of Joseph Smith. I love this work so much! Such a blessing! I love you all!
